Diabetes Memorial Scrapbook

Jacqueline Dale

A home going, celebrating the Life of Jacqueline Dale 1947-2003. Jacqueline Dale married Normando Dale June 15, 1976. Jackie was a home maker and a home is truly what she made it. She was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, artist and cook, (we always ate good). Jackie was a jack of all trades. Her hobbies included sewing, drawing, painting, collecting porcelain dolls. Mom leaves to cherish a loving husband, two daughters Joslynn and Duana, a Son, Normando Dale Jr. One son in-law Christian Benn, and four grandchildren, Tempest, Talisha, Breylen and Mieya. Jackie survived a heart attack in 1990. In result the diabetes just could not release her. Although her sugar remained good the healing process from the surgeries she endured over the years would have such a profound affect, and the diabetes just continued to take over. We would like to thank Cleveland clinic for taking good care of our mother, because of you, and God we were able to keep her for 13 more years. I will continue on the fight for diabetes, and heart disease. You too can be a survivor! You will always be with us mom.

Love always and forever,
your daughter
